Przenieśmy się dwieście lat wstecz - do 1815 roku. Polska znajduje się pod zaborami, kończy się „epoka napoleońska”, a na obradach Kongresu Wiedeńskiego mocarstwa ustanawiają tzw. nowy ład w Europie.

The nineteenth century,  is called by many the era of steam and iron, was a time of intensive development of the railway network, which is more densely encircled Europe. At the end of this century, the technological revolution didn`t miss a littl custom, now known as the city of Now Skalmierzyce. An important impulse for the settlement became a commissioning of the railway line from Ostrow for crampons, Ociąż and Śliwniki to Skalmierzyce.
